According to Salon's Obama Veepstakes quiz, my top two picks would be Wesley Clark and Jim Webb. And although some of the questions are kind of a joke, that's probably what I would have said on my own, though not in that order.
Of course, the fact that these are the top picks of nearly half of all Salon readers means it probably won't happen.

I like both those cats as well but I really think we need Webb where he is for the time being. On the other hand he is extremely compelling where Clark is kind of, uh, less charismatic.

Look, just because the man wrote songs like "Galveston" and "By the Time I Get to Phoenix" doesn't mean he's ready to be VP.

Sherrod Brown should be on that list. He's like the cooler more liberal Ted Strickland who didn't endorse Hillary.
