I would have preferred that the new Shakira statue be more like the Bruce Lee one: shiny, three-dimensional and topless.

Is it intended for US or for Columbia?
For a public square, park or music video?
Is this for real or are you actually commenting tongue-and-cheek about the state-of-affairs re public art in society?
Sometimes public projects are easier to sell by promulgating their mottos.
